In 2001, Robby Mills developed Nu-Look Restoration as an answer to a basic question he was asked one day by an insurance adjuster in a flooded basement. The adjuster asked if he could take care of the water problem in the basement, make the needed structural repairs and submit one invoice for everything. His answer was yes, and Nu-Look Restoration was born.
